My Emerald was COMPLETELY screwed over because of all the imports. I was left to use these Pokemon:
"HM Slave" Swampert level 54
"Thank God for Low Kick" Sudowoodo level 41
"I just came for the food" Gyarados level 40
"All that Dig training really paid off" Flygon level 47
"I'm the only Pokemon left that knows Fly and Sing was a help for all of 2 turns" Swablu level 16
"No purpose at all" Wailord level 28
I mainly sent out Sudowoodo. Low Kick really helped, seeing as though the Regis are all past the 350 pound mark and it's a Fighting type attack...200 base damage on each Regi isn't too shabby, eh?

Luckily I left Waillord on there. My party currently consists of Lvl 39 prince Trapinch, Lvl 48 Big Daddy Walrein, Lvl 41 need be Waillord, Lvl 34 Cuttin' Sandshrew, Lvl 30 Flying Pelipper (Supersonic comes in handy, too) and lvl (can't remember) Makit.. can't even remember it's real name. Hariyama I think. Or Hariyama's next evolution. Either way, the Fake Out + Reversal moves helps out lots in tight spots. Even though Walrein's my main anchor poke'mon.
Yesh, but you didn' spend all your money on Proteins so your Pearl chara would have mucho dollas did ya

"The most difficult thing about the bloody Regis is the AMAZING excess of visual Braille. For God's sake these had me stumped for hours on end. This is before I knew about walkthroughs, guide books, etc, so as you can imagine I had a pretty damn rough time. You have NO IDEA how much I will help with this info.
In the Sealed Chamber, 2 switches open 3 doors. Go to Pacifidlog and go west until you reach Route 124. Follow the currents in such a manner that you reach a dark patch of water that you can Dive into. Go under and move south until you see a wall with a bunch of dots on it. I felt like an idiot when I tried deciphering it for about 15 minutes. It says "Go up here." Now you should be in a cave that called Sealed Chamber. Go up to the north wall where you'll find more dots, which says "Dig here". Do so and enter the next room, reach the north wall again, which reads "First comes Relicanth, last comes Wailord". Then the walls shake and the doors to the Regis are opened. Whoop de doo.
Now, head into the desert north of Mauville and go south, where you will find that the huge rock surrounded by the other rocks has been opened. Enter here where you will find more dots...goddammit,
which will say "Right, right, down, down, then use Strength". So, from the farthest center tile next to the dots, take two steps right, two steps south, and use strength on the imaginary boulder. The door to Regirock will open. Catch it.
Then, go to Dewford, surf to Route 105 and go surf up to the point where you enter a cave. This is the hardest of the three Regis to prepare for in that it requires the most annoying virtue in the world: patience. Enter and read the dots, which translate to "Wait for time to pass twice." Oh god. Now just stand there and wait for two minutes. When time is up, the door to Regice will open. Catch it.
Finally, go to Lilycove City and go west until you reach a cave. Here, you find the FINAL set of dots, which translates to read "With new time, love, and hope, aim for above!" On the center tile, use Fly to open the door to Registeel. Catch him. Congrats, you now have all 3 Regis. Now import em to Diamond and Pearl."
